Laura Krick - Founder

Hi, I’m Laura Krick, the founder of Eat Meat Media. My journey began in Costa Rica, and for the past ten years, I’ve called the United States home. During college, I was a competitive tennis player and an early entrepreneur. But despite my accomplishments, I battled extreme bloating, low energy, and anxiety. I tried every mainstream solution—even veganism—but nothing worked.

Everything changed when I discovered Paul Saladino and the animal-based lifestyle. It was like flipping a switch. For the first time, I felt truly alive—energized, clear, and vibrant. That transformation sparked something deeper: a passion to help others reconnect with the primal way of living that changed my life.

That passion inspired me to found Eat Meat Media—a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping animal-based and primal brands grow through bold, authentic, story-driven content. With creativity, strategy, and heart, I’m here to amplify the voices of brands that are changing lives—just like mine was changed.
